A selection of recent clients who have invested in our services and expertise to produce their projects.

Need a job Laser cut fast, efficiently and by experts? You are in safe hands with Cutture’s Laser cutting bureau service and print finishing capabilities.

Cutture London has been designing and manufacturing world class stationery for over a decade. Founders Dominic and Helen Sharland have over 20 years combined experience in manufacturing using the latest laser cutting technologies. With our range of machines and a large UK based manufacturing facility, Cutture are now offering a laser cutting service to the trade. You are in safe hands with a wealth of knowledge and a skilled team of craftsmen to deliver your project using the very latest technology and efficiency measures.

Our bureau service caters for all size of jobs from short runs through to production runs in the 100,000’s, with the main benefit being to the larger production runs. Our latest machinery is fully automated and sheet fed with the ability to print reference in a matter of milliseconds. This allows, for the first time, for each job to be quickly set up and run, much like a traditional printing press. We also have a series of other flatbed machines that are set up to cut and engrave all manner of other materials.

In addition to our cutting facility we also have a team of skilled print finishers to assemble and pack for dispatch to your fulfilment facility. We also offer a Production Management facility for ongoing projects.

At Cutture, we specialise in paper and card cutting and the range of possibilities are endless from simple technical cuts to complex detailed cut patterns. We adopt the principle that anything is possible.

We cut all paper or board up to a thickness of several millimeters. Using the latest cutting technologies, our fully automated print referencing machine cuts in motion enabling instant changeover between individual sheets. Our manufacturing facility enables us to cut short run jobs in sequence or large run jobs up to hundreds of thousands.

Our flatbed machines offer cutting facilities for a large range of materials other than card out of materials up to 15mm thick.

Engraving paper is an exceptional feature where the laser power can be adjusted so precisely that only a part of the paper is milled. No other method except the laser can achieve such perfect and visually stunning results on paper and paperboard.

Produce engraved creases for packaging, decorative carvings on coloured papers, security features on tickets, or even use this function on labels and packaging to etch the name and address of the customer.

Engraving onto leather books, Perspex and wood are also possible and we will select the most suitable and cost effective machine to meet your requirements.

Perforating is a prime discipline of our automated machine. You can set up everything easily: the length of the cut, the length of the gap, the dividing between both, even for simple holding points or a micro perforation in a special form.

Create coupons to separate in a freeform, vouchers as a clip-off element, response cards with perforated shape. All this at incredible speeds to suit your needs.

Perforating is only possible on paper and card.

Namecut is the new dimension in personalisation. Cut names or any other personalised data directly from printed materials or packaging and reach people in a very personal and emotional way.

You can turn every print into a unique personal gift such as personalised stencils, direct mail, magazine covers, stationery and many other applications. Namecut makes every individual print uniquely personalised from a CSV-file. This facility allows every print to be individual and exclusive.

Our high volume machine cuts paper of all weights, shapes and sizes up to SRA2 and board/card up to a few mm thick. Our flatbed machines can machine card/board up 970mm x 570mm.

(Stencil Material / Polyester Film)

We cut Mylar film in a variety of thicknesses and sheet sizes up to SRA2. This material is ideal for cutting templates and stencils.

We can cut acrylics up to a thickness of 15mm in an array of finishes and engrave up to a maximum thickness of 50mm. The maximum sheet size that our machines can take is 970mm x 570mm. If you require a large run of engraved Perspex/cast acrylic, then this can be run in line on our high volume automated machine.

Our machines can engrave wood and mdf up to 50mm thick and can cut laserable ply up to 6mm thick. Our maximum sheet size is 970mm x 570mm and if you require large volumes of engraving, we would recommend that you don’t exceed A2 in material size.
